☛ Our terms and conditions have been checked and conform with the online distance selling regulations.
☛ Clicking Buy It Now constitutes to your agreement and acceptance of the following terms and conditions and to the shipping policies mentioned above.
☛ All orders for parts will be checked against your vehicle to see if variations exist that you may not realise. If variations do exist we will place the order on hold and contact you by email and phone within 4 working hours to ask you the relevant questions about your specific vehicle. If you respond with enough information and in good time then there will be no delay in dispatching your order. eBays compatibility checker does not cater for more complicated fitment requirements and so this is sometimes a necessary process to ensure you receive the correct part. ☛ You (the customer) will be responsible for return postage costs in delivering items back to us in all situations even if the item is faulty. Do not purchase from us if you do not accept liability for all return postage costs.
☛ You have the right to cancel your purchase and return the item to us within 14 working days of you receiving the item. Your right to cancel is only valid if you have not broken any packing or seals on the item and if you have not attempted to fit the part.
☛ You have the right to return a faulty part to us within 45 calendar days of you receiving the item. We will test the item and send out a new item if it is confirmed faulty. Faulty items will not be refunded, only replaced. Should a replacement not be available for dispatch within 1 working day then we will provide a full refund for the item.
☛ If you contact us after 45 calender days of you receiving the item to inform us the item is faulty, this will be a warranty matter and the part will be sent to the original manufacturer to be tested and if necessary replaced or refunded. You will be required to allow up to 14 working days for this process. If no warranty is mentioned in the items description, then it is not guaranteed that a warranty is offered by the manufacture. ☛ Any refunds due to you will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days from receipt of returned goods that are in the acceptable condition outlined above.
