Return Policy - Returns are handled on an individual basis. Buyer is responsible for return postage and original postage costs are nonrefundable unless it is determined that there was an error in the auction. Refunds are not given unless and until same item in original condition sent is returned. Webkinz and associated products with virtual codes may not be returned.

Feedback - If your item has arrived in the condition described in our eBay auction details, please leave positive feedback. I will happily do the same. If you are considering leaving negative (unlikely but possible), please contact me first. I will do my best to resolve the problem.

Shipping - I ship items within 2 business days of payment receipt, mostly via US Postal Service. Could also consider using Fed-Ex or UPS. Insurance is included for all sales totaling more than $250.00. When appropriate I will combine shipping; please inquire before submitting payment on multiple items.
- Please note, shipping by USPS Parcel Post is not tracked electronically; only delivery is confirmed. For tracking please select USPS Priority Mail.
- Ebay has new descriptions for the USPS shipping options. "Economy" is USPS Parcel Post; "Expedited" is USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight.
- For shipping to the United States I charge actual shipping plus 50 cents to cover delivery confirmation and shipping materials such as boxes, packing materials, labels, etc. This helps me provide the lowest-cost method of shipping possible.

Methods of Payment - I accept PayPal only. Payment is expected within 3 days of the auction ending or, if buyer does not respond to correspondence, I reserve the right to re-list the item or offer it to the second-highest bidder. Once payment is received the item will be shipped within two business days.
