EZRange is a US based eBay seller, and all items ship out from our facility in California, USA. Most items are shipped out within 1 business day!

All orders are automatically processed and sent to your PayPal confirmed address. Please check that your shipping address is correct before bidding on or purchasing this item. Free standard shipping is for the United States only. We ship internationally, please check our rates in the eBay shipping details tab.

We are open from Monday to Friday, and shipments are shipped during these days only. Customer service is provided on these days during normal business hours (PST).

Return Policy

All sales are final unless they are found to be damaged by shipping carrier. Please send us a message immediately if items arrived damaged! We must be notified of the situation within 3 days of your receipt.

New items come with a 90 day item warranty provided by EZRange, unless provided by manufacturer. Any refurbished, or used items come with a 15 day store warranty.

• We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise. Please pack carefully, and insure!
• Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
