FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO CONFIGURE AND BUILD YOUR OWN CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT:
1. Choose the components you wish to change using the drop down menus provided. Additional information on the product selected, including pictures & detailed specifications are provided by clicking the "MORE INFO" link DIRECTLY to the RIGHT SIDE of the item selected.
2. Once you are SATISFIED with the customized product, click the "CUSTOMIZE CONFIGURATION" button. This will automatically generate a new eBay Listing.
3. Carefully review the new listing that was created and then use the "EBAY BUY-IT-NOW" button located at the top of the page to purchase your customized product.
All of our computer systems, barebones and motherboard combo's will be fully assembled and tested.

Payment & Shipping Policy:
You will receive an "End of Auction Payment Confirmation" email within 24 to 48 hours of the auction close.
Payment is expected within 5 days of purchase date. We have the right to refuse any bid if the payment is not received within that time.
From the time the payment is received most system build orders can take 2 to 5 business days for proper assembly and testing. For faster assembly build time please feel free to contact us for expedited order processing. Extra fee's may apply for expedited orders.
If your auction ends Friday, Saturday, or Sunday you will most likely receive an "End of Auction Payment Confirmation" email on Monday morning.

We Do Not Ship to Unconfirmed Address. We will only ship to a confirmed shipping address which will need to be listed on your Credit Card or PayPal account. We can ship with different billing and shipping address only if both addresses are on file with the credit card issuing bank.

If the buyer decides to cancel their order after the order has been shipped or within our 2-5 business day assembly / testing period, we shall have the right to charge a 20% order cancellation fee. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases. Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 20% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.
In the event that something may seem ambiguous to you or you think we made a typo or a mistake, do not make assumptions but contact us to resolve such issues. We do not try to mislead but can make a mistake so please contact us with any questions.
Unless otherwise stated, you have a 90 Day warranty. Various products may have "Extended Manufacturer's Warranty". We offer extended warranty options from 1 Year to 3 Years. If longer warranty is needed please fill free to contact us for pricing. Should any problem arise, please use eBay contact seller page to inform us of the problem or by phone 216-458-1101. If a return is required, an RMA# will be issued for the return of the defective part for repair or replacement. Customer is responsible for any shipping fee's incurred in shipping items back to Ascendtech. Ascendtech will cover shipping on replacement items sent back to client if the shipment is within the 48 continental USA states. If the shipment is international; going outside of USA customer will be responsible to cover the shipping rates.
We reserve the right to cancel the bids of anyone with a negative feedback rating.
