This is a DIY kit that contains everything you need to make these truly beautiful table top displays to decorate your party venue or to pass out as a gift.

In your DIY kit you will receive:

  • Foil Balloon
  • 10 - 5" Latex Balloons enough for you to create the Display, Plus Extra in case of accidents.
  • Easy to follow step by step instructions for constructing your clusters.

Assembling your clusters is extremely easy. All you will need to do is supply the balloon pump and the time to construct them.
