Shipping Information

All orders are shipped out before our 3pm cut off time. Any orders placed after the cut off time will be shipped out the following working day. We endeavor to meet the guaranteed delivery for your order, however, we cannot take responsibilities for any delays beyond our control.

Items will be shipped only when payment has been cleared. 
Items ordered after 3pm on Friday will not be sent out until Monday. 

All items are packaged using high quality packaging materials to ensure your product arrives safely.

All our shipping methods include insurance for your peace of mind. You need to allow 15 working days before a claim can be made for any lost parcels. 

All recorded items sent out require a signature on delivery and we therefore cannot deliver to P.O.Boxes. 


For all items shipped Recorded Service; tracking numbers will be sent to the customer once the product is shipped.

Returns and Exchanges


We are more than happy to accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it back to us. You will need to follow the instructions provided with the returns label which can be found in your package. We will issue a refund or exchange given that the item meets the following requirements:


Undamaged.
No Sign of wear.
Returned in the condition you received it, including all packaging, manual and warranty.
Any links removed are replaced.
 


If for any reason your return does not meet those requirements. We reserve the right NOT to process a refund and will return your item back to you.

Any refunds will be processed within 7 working days after inspection and the money will go back via the same method used to pay. Please note that refunds cannot be made to any third parties.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for earrings due to hygiene reasons.

When contacting us please ensure that your eBay USER I.D and eBay ITEM NUMBER are quoted in the subject field for all correspondence. We aim to respond to all queries within 1 hour during office hours of 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday.

If your item does not arrive within the estimated time then we advise you check with your neighbours, check in any outhouses or garages and contact your local sorting office, quoting your tracking number, to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.  


Please allow 15 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries.
