We offer a FREE next working day delivery service to UK Mainland destinations on all orders over £50 placed before 3pm Monday-Friday. Saturday and Sunday delivery is also now available subject to a small charge. Please contact our customer service team on 0845 6044 249 for further information.
On orders under £50 you can still select Next Day Delivery service at a cost of £4.95 (UK Mainland only).
Non-UK Mainland Destinations
Certain delivery destinations and postcodes will have varying charges and delivery times. Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Ireland, Scilly Islands, the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands incur a delivery charge of £19.50 and will take 2 days.

1. You must inform us by email at; within 14 day of delivery of your intention to return the item.
2. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and complete with original packaging.
3. If you have opened the packaging to examine the product this must be done without damaging or marking the product.
4. The returning item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We are not liable for any damage in transit or loss of your parcel. We cannot provide a refund or exchange on items lost in the post or damaged in transit on return to us.
5. If packaging is missing or the mirror has been fitted or modified in any way we regret we cannot accept returns under the money back guarantee, unless the item is faulty.
6. Refunds and exchanges do not include your postage cost.
