What qualifies for free delivery?

You enjoy FREE delivery on all items if your invoice value is more than £100, offer is valid only for the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands customers.

How long will my delivery take?

Most in-stock items are delivered within 48 hours to most mainland UK addresses. You will be advised of the exact delivery timescale at checkout.

What if I miss my delivery?

Don't worry if you miss the delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card with contact details on it for you to call and arrange another delivery day or to collect from Royal Mail Depot within 6 working days. If the item in not collected within 6 days then it will be returned to Envy GIRLTALKFASHIONS. However, we takes no responsibility if the item is lost in return postage.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Simply go to service provider website (Royal Mail) and track your order with the tracking number provided. This service is only available within the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands customers.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

We send most of our items with the tracked mail, which require signature at the time of delivery.

How do I return an item?

Before arranging your return, please refer to the below checklist:

If you receive incomplete items, or if a part arrives broken/damaged/faulty, send us a message or email us before going ahead with your return as we may be able to replace the part.

You need to get returns back to us within the 10 day approval period.

Please make sure the product is unused, complete and safely wrapped up in its original packaging and also check that any tags are still intact.

Make sure you pop in the returns note with the product stating the reason for return.

Just a note, Items that are not packaged or labelled in the right way will not be accepted through any of our returns routes, so double check!

Can I return my item at a Post Office?

We recommend that you use Royal Mail as the best way to return items, but you can also return items through the other currier service. Just make sure you send them back within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging, and with any tags intact.

Make that your parcel is securely packaged and enclose your completed returns note, giving us a reason for return and making sure the returns address label is fixed securely to the outer packaging.

The Post Office will provide you with a receipt. Please retain this until the item has been credited back to your account.

Can I get return Postage label?

Yes, we can provide you return postage label on request. Return postage label will cost 3.15

(Refund will be made after deduction of return postage cost £3.15)

How long will it take for my account to be credited?

Please allow up to 14 days from the date of return postage for your account to be credited for goods returned via the Post Office.

The item I bought was part of a promotional offer, what do I need to return?

All promotional offers, e.g. free gifts or 3 for 2's, have to be returned in their entirety. If you don't send everything back it may result in you being charged the full price for anything you keep.

Example: You bought an item of £50 with the promotional offer of free T-shirt. If you send the item back for refund then you have to send the free T-shirt as well. No refund will be made if any tags removed or the free item is used)

If you want to exchange an item to a different size/colour/item, please send the item back for refund and buy a new item. Return item will only be refunded.
