All our items are shipped direct from our warehouse is Sydney, We ship fast 1-2 Business days of cleared payment. We use Australia post Eparcel & Eparcel Express, Parcel delivery times for metro areas vary from 1-5 business days, some regional W.A areas may take up to 10 days. Once your order has been dispatched you will be emailed your online tacking number and will be able to keep up to date on its movement from http://auspost.com.au/track/
For our larger items i.e Boats/Planes we will ship these to you via courier, For these orders a fixed address must be supplied as deliveries to PO Box addresses are not permitted. A tracking number will also be provided to you upon dispatch of your order.

International Shipping
We are specialist in international shipping and offer the lowest rates posible, we can ship to every single country, our online calculator will automatically work out the cheapest rate for you, Please note there are restrictions on some items and due to airline regulations these items are prohibited from international shipping. After your order has been dispatched we will email you the online tracking number and link to the couriers website for tracking.

Please be aware in some circumstances for those living in outer postal zone ranges our checkout postage calculator will not know the precise quote until the actual booking is made with Allied express couriers, Unfortunately if this is the case we will ask you for further payment to cover these fees which are called “On forwared chargers” This is when our courier (Allied express) passes the package onto a third party for delivery finalization as they do not cover those postage zones. If you are unsure whether you come under those on forward charge zones you can always email us with your postcode and suburb name and we will work out an exact price for you.

If the item is found to be defective from the manufacturer we will send out the replacement part(s) needed for the repair, Or the buyer can return for repairs ( return postage cost to be at buyers expense). The buyer has 7 days from the date of invoice to contact us if the item is defective.
