The bracelets lengths when made are; small approx 17 to 18 cm and will fit a wrist of about 14 cm,
medium 19 to 20 cm and fits a wrist of 16 cm and large 21 to 22 cm fits a wrist of 18 cm

Payment to be made within 7 days of auction end, but the sooner you pay, the sooner

Cheques over £10.00 will have to clear before dispatch. Please make cheques
payable to Hilary Ottaway. Payment methods accepted for UK buyers are Paypal,
Personal Cheques and Postal Orders. For international buyers Paypal only please.
Multiple purchases we are more then happy to combine postage costs on multiple purchases.
You can combine purchases over a 7 day period but please let us know that you are doing this
via send the seller a question. When you have finished buying you can either request your
final total with reduced postage or wait for us to send a final invoice.
Postage we aim to post within 48 hours or less of receiving cleared payment.
If there is a delay with your item we will let you know via email.
We post Monday to Friday and sometimes Saturday in busy periods.
We always obtain proof of posting and we will always notify you when your items are dispatched.
Returns If you are not happy for any reason please email me within 7 days and
I will do my very best to sort out any queries you have. If you wish to return your purchase,
please make sure it is in the condition it arrived in and send with your details for a refund.
Post and packaging is non refundable in most cases and returns must be made within 14 days.
It is advisable to send your returns via recorded delivery so you know we have received them.
