We’ve seen such a huge demand for plus size ladies clothing at our sister brand Yours Clothing that we decided to branch out and offer men their own slice of great value fashion.

Here you will find quality clothing that fits and flatters, from long length jeans to large size shoes. Your comfort and style is our number one priority, and we aim to offer affordable clothing for the larger and taller customer.

In both our own label BadRhino and the various great value brands available you will find an unbeatable range of sizes. T-shirts, shirts and tops can be found from size L to 8XL, and trousers and jeans are available in waist sizes 34”-60” and leg length 28”-36”. Our stylish and well-made footwear can be found in sizes Up to 15 and also in wide fit.

Delivery

Our improved delivery options are Standard and Next Day, these orders are shipped using Hermes.

Standard UK Delivery will now be with you quicker (3-5 working days), this is now fully trackable enabling you to securely take delivery of your parcel every time. A signature may be required on delivery

We have also improved our Next Day Delivery service to include Saturday delivery.

Please note that additional sales taxes and import duties such as customs and exiles may be applied to orders for delivery outside the European Union.

Please note that we can only deliver to addresses marked as confirmed on your Paypal account, and that we cannot deliver to PO boxes addresses.

Returns

All items purchased from the eBay Yours Clothing store can be returned by post to the address below:

Alternatively you can send via Collect+ for just £4.99 by visiting their website to purchase a returns label online or you can return your item for free using your Asda To You returns label which will be included in your parcel.

Unfortunately, items purchased from eBay cannot be returned to our high street stores.

Exchanges are not offered on the Yours Clothing eBay store.

Items must be returned, unworn, in a saleable condition in their original box in a secure outer packaging, such as a consignment bag or outer box, within 21 days of purchase.

We will contact you once we have received and processed your refund. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded unless goods are faulty or the wrong item has been shipped. Refunds can only be made to the same Paypal ID that issued the original payment.

A refund will be issued within 3-5 working days of receipt of the returned item. We kindly ask you to wait at least 5 working days from date of sending before contacting us regarding the status of your refund.

All goods returned as faulty will be inspected for a manufacturing defect. If we deem the item to be faulty a full credit will be issued, including an additional refund through Paypal for return postage. This process can take up to five working days from receipt of return.

When returning goods, please use a signed-for or registered service from the Post Office for your own safety. We are unable to accept a proof of purchase receipt, as this is not proof of delivery.

We are not able to accept returns of pierced Jewellery or selected lingerie. All items should be unworn with original tags still attached.

Orders

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. When orders are placed on our website they are processed and dispatched very quickly. Unfortunately once the order has been confirmed we are unable to amend or cancel this and it will be sent out to you. You will need to return the order in full for refund.

Deliveries

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. Standard delivery within the UK  is normally within 3-5 working days. Next Day delivery is next day if the order is placed by 2pm Mon - Friday, for next day weekday delivery (9am - 6pm). Orders placed Friday 3pm to Sun 1pm are delivered on a Monday. Orders placed after 1pm Sunday - delivered Tuesday Delivery to Europe is normally within 7-10 working days.

Q. Do I need to sign for my delivery?

A. We use Hermes Couriers for all standard deliveries and signature is normally required. If you are not in for delivery and you have not specified a safe place to leave the parcel at your own risk then the courier will attempt three deliveries normally in agreement with the customer.  Next day delivery - We use Hermes fully tracked service for Next Day delivery and a signature will be required on delivery. * Please be aware that orders placed after 4pm will be processed on the next working day. 

Q. My order hasn't arrived within the specified delivery time

A. We offer several different delivery options, full details of these are available on our relevant delivery page, each service provides an estimated delivery time and we always aim to deliver your parcel within this time frame. Unfortunately sometimes orders can be delayed within the postal service and this could be for a number of reasons like public holidays, custom delays or even bad weather. If you experience a delay with your delivery and the specified time frame suggested on our delivery page has expired then please contact the Customer Service department via our email address we will then begin an investigation to locate your order and provide tracking if available. Please allow 7 working days for these investigations to be completed.

Returns and Refunds

Q. Can I return an item I bought online to one of your stores?

A. If you live in the Mainland UK  unfortunately you are NOT able to exchange your goods puirchased on eBay at our stores.

Q. I returned my order, how long will my refund take?

A. Please allow 5 - 10 working days for your parcel to reach us, once the items are received we will send you an email to let you know, please allow 2 - 4 working days for the refund to clear into your bank account.

Q. What do I do if there is a problem with my return?

Q. Do I have to pay for returns?

A. Unfortunately due to the incredible prices we offer our customers across our range, we are unable at present to offer free returns. You can return your items with the Royal Mail taking your parcel to the Post office paying for your return ensuring you ask for the compensation value of your parcel should it go missing in transit. Alternatively you can purchase a Collect+ return for £3.99 by visiting www.collectplus.co.uk/returns/new/yours

Q. What is the return address.

Q. There is an item missing from my order.

A. Sometimes an item can be missing from your parcel but all our parcels are carefully checked before they leave us. If an item is missing then get in contact with our Customer Services Team at here. We will then investigate which may take us a few days and if necessary arrange for the item to be sent again. We recommend that you reorder the item as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as out stock does sell quickly.
