This is a Vintage Smurf PVC Figure, Mint on the Original Card, Never Opened!  This Smurf Figure is Factory Sealed, Never Opened.  The card and bubble have slight wear, nice bright colors, and a nice black and white picture of the Smurfs on the Back.  This is dated 1982 by the Peyo, Wallace Berrie & Co.
