Looking for a top that gets you tons of compliments? This is it! The body is a heathered blue knit, with mixed fabric woven ruffles. The top two ruffles have raw edges for an intentionally distressed look. Pair with skinny jeans and booties for a perfect fall outfit!

Due to the delicate nature of the ruffles, this piece is hand wash only.
