This is a 1964 Silvertone TG-1, electric guitar with built-in amplifier and speaker, in good condition.  It appears to be in fully original condition except for a changed control knob, and some epoxy reinforcement at the string nut, as seen in the last picture.   The guitar plays and sounds fine, frets are good, neck is straight, and string action is low.  There are no cracks in the body or wood or neck or anything like that.

This is a rare model, made only one year, I'm told.  It uses a 9-volt battery in a compartment on the back to power the amp and speaker on the front.  The pickguard appears to be made of brushed aluminum.    The whole guitar is super cool looking and weighs just 7 pounds 6.6 ounces... even with the built-in amp and speaker!   This rare guitar comes in a modern new padded gig bag, and we will carefully pack it up for extra protection.

Shipping to Australia is more costly than shipping to Europe or Japan, because this instrument's size requires a full size guitar box whose dimensions are not accepted by the post office's package service to Australia, and we then must use Fed-Ex which costs $395.   However, we can unbolt the neck and mail this guitar through the post office in a shorter box to Australia for $129.  Enjoy bidding.
