Condition Guidelines

• Brand New - An item that has never been opened or removed from the manufacturer’s shrink wrap. Item is in original shrink wrap.
• Like New - An item that looks as if it was just taken out of shrink wrap. No visible wear, and all facets of the item are flawless and intact.
• Very Good - An item that is used but still in very good condition. No damage to the jewel case or item cover, no scuffs, scratches cracks, or holes. The cover art and liner notes are included. The DVD box is included. The teeth of disk holder are undamaged. Minimal wear on the exterior of item.
• Good - An item in used but good condition. May have minor damage to jewel case including scuffs or cracks, or to the item cover including scuffs, scratches, or cracks. The cover art and liner notes are included for a CD. DVD box is included.
• Acceptable - An item with obvious and significant wear but is still operational. May have tears or holes in DVD box.

Postage & Delivery Times

All our items are posted within 24 hours of purchase and sent either by Royal Mail 2nd Class post or MyHermes depending on the size and weight of the purchase. We're able to send items via Royal Mail 1st Class post and Recorded Delivery. You can select these options when paying for your items. We offer postage discounts for multiple items providing the items all finish on the same date. If you purchase multiple items please wait to receive an invoice from us before making payment.

Payment

Please note that we only accept payment via PayPal. Payment for all items must be made within 5 days of the item ending. Any non-payment will result in an unpaid case being opened.

Returns

We offer a "no quibble" 30 days returns policy meaning if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return the item to us, free of charge, for a full refund.
