It was originally printed in 1938 by ACTION COMICS - then renewed in 1965 by DC COMICS - and then reissued in 1987 by NESTLE FOODS CORPORATION. It is in good condition with some wear and tear and scuffing, and it smells musty!Please note: I am not an expert at grading or describing comic books, so you buy it AS-IS as described and shown!
