The Boeing F/A-18C HornetTM, designed in the 1970s for service with the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps, is a modern supersonic all-weather carrier, strike fighter jet. It was also designed to attack both aerial and ground targets. The primary missions of the F/A-18CTM included fighter escorts, fleet air defense, suppression of enemy air defenses, air interdiction, close air support, and aerial reconnaissance. The F/A-18CTM and its variants were used to support Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) with most of the missions operated from aircraft carriers.

In some cases these planes can be removed from the factory original box and repacked into a slightly smaller box that will be accepted, in some cases not at all. Shipping:
We gladly offer a shipping discount for each additional model purchased when possible. Unfortunately it is not always possible due to the rate at which dimensional weight is charged to us based off of the zip code we are shipping to. In some cases it is actually cheaper to mail each plane separately. For some International buyers, model orders are not able to be combined due to the size restrictions of your country's postal system. In this case a combined shipping discount is simply not possible as each package must be shipped separately. We apologize as we strive to offer fair shipping rates whenever possible.

Items are normally shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. For US orders, in most cases expect 2-4 days for delivery. Canadian orders expect 7-14 days for delivery. International orders ship via Priority Air Mail expect 12-16 days for delivery.
