Shipping is calculated based on weight for international and domestic, unless the listing says, "free shipping". If you purchase multiple items at the same time, and the listings are not free shipping, please wait before paying, I will send you an invoice that will include your combined shipping amount. Combined shipping is usually less than paying the shipping for each individual item.
California residents pay 8% sales tax.
Most Items can be returned within 30 days. Returns will only be accepted if they are in the same condition sold. If an item is sold with the original seal, it must be returned unopened with the original seal. Sometimes we sell items that are not returnable, if this is the case, the listing will state that the item is not returnable.
Please make sure your address is correct, and there will be someone to collect the package. Any return postage fees or re-shipment fees due to incorrect address or the buyer not collecting the package, are the responsibility of the buyer, and must be collected before the package is re-shipped. Please be aware that this could result in 2 additional shipment charges, return postage shipping, and re-shipment postage.
Any customs duties or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please do not ask us to mark an item as gift or lower the stated value.
