Cleaning out an old watchmakers estate with a lot of watches with minor or greater issues up for sale

Too many for me to fix so I am selling a lot of them 4U2FIX.

I try to explane the problems as accurate as possible but I do not know if all my explanations leed to solutions or describe all of the problems. It is just my 2 cents added to contribute. I will sell these watches as defect as-is no guarantee whatsoever I take no returns. take a good look at the pictures

The battery is changed I reset the watch and calibrated the hands but it does not make connection with radio controlled clock signal. 

The bracelet is in heavy used condition. I presume the antenna in the strap is broken. A new strap will possibly fix this problem.
