The pants have a couple little spots of dirt (I dropped them on my dirty floor) See picture. No big deal, just wanted you to know. Will wash right out. 
You get both, pants and jersey, for one low price.  MSR AXXIS pants size 24 (27" waist). Brand new.  AND a ONEAL element "RACEWEAR" jersey youth size MEDIUM.
Does NOT come with hip pads. 

Pants are youth size 24 (appx. 27" waist)  and 22" inseam. 
Jersey is youth size MEDIUM

It is 16"  armpit to armpit, 20" from the collar to the bottom of the jersey, 15" armpit to end of sleeve.
