Alto's 4501 Mat Cutter System In Original Box with Extra's for Picture Framing

This is a mat cutter system made by Alto's.

The set comes complete with extras for picture framing which include 3 types of picture hanging hardware.

It is in its original box with instructions for use and can cut mats with border widths up to 6 and 3/8th inches.

This set is in excellent pre-owned condition.
