This listing is for the PS3 game - Dark Souls Limited Edition. The game is original and comes complete with disc, soundtrack cd, "behind the scenes" dvd, instruction manual, art book, game box, and outer cardboard box. I'd rate the condition of the game disc as 9/10, the manual as 8/10, the notebook as 8/10, the soundtrack cd as 9/10, the "behind the scenes" dvd as 9/10, the art book as 8/10, the game box as 8/10, and the outer cardboard box as 7/10 (a little scruffy, but functional). The game has been tested and it works perfectly. Note that if a DLC code is included, then I do not know if the code has already been redeemed.

The game is UK / Region 2 format - but I believe that PS3 consoles are region-free and so this game should work on any PS3 console.
