The garters fit comfortably 15 - 22 inches, if you need a different measure just include a note when you buy it. 

Shipping:
I will make and ship your garters as soon as possible but it could take up to 10 business days to send the garters. This is not due to laziness but I handmake them when you buy it.
If you have a need for the garters to be sent quicker, please contact me beforehand and I am sure we can work together to solve everything. 
Also, I can send the garters with different services other than the rates that I have posted: 

- Priority Mail (2-3 business days, in the USA) - $7.00
- Express Mail (Overnight, in the USA) - $23.00

Please, make sure you contact me before paying to adjust the rates. However, please notice that I am not responsible if the post office (for any issue that they might have) takes longer than it should, in such a case I will always contact the post office and, as said before, we can try to solve the issue.
