Description of Condition - Grading: We make every effort to conservatively describe the condition of our auction items.The photos on the listing illustrate the actual condition of the items listed.It is our intent to understate rather than overstate condition. Return Policy: In general, we DO NOT accept returns unless we made a mistake in the listing. Please ask any questions before placing bids. If a buyer desires to return the item, we will consider authorizing returns on a case by case basis and only if the condition of the item has been grossly overstated. In all cases the buyer must receive our written authorization and instructions prior to actually making a return shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. In all situations the item must be returned in exactly the same condition as sold, properly protected in return shipment and insured, and the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping expenses. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt and refunds will be based on the outcome of that inspection. Refunds will be via PayPal only. Refunds are given for unsatisfactory products. We will only accept defective products within 14 days of delivery for refund or exchange.The item must be returned to us in the same condition it was sent to the buyer. Buyer will be responsible for shipping fees. Shipping will be split in exchange/replacement process. In the case of a refund, 15% restocking fee will be charged. All requests for refunds or returns will be reviewed carefully and if determined legitimate will be given consideration.
