This beautiful little black dress is from Sarah Burton's first winter collection for Alexander McQueen. This is a very special LBD indeed. The fabric is handmade, interwoven with black and white fabric and cords and black fake fur like material to give it a unique texture. This fabric weaving technique is unique to Alexander McQueen and was produced for a limited quantity only. It is hard to describe, but this is an alternative to tweed. The result is absolutely exquisite and gorgeous to touch. It is so warn and comfortable! It's a stunning show of craftsmanship and high quality material - a great investment piece.
You can wear the dress with or without belt, and style it with some jewellery. The style is versatile and timeless classic. You are certainly going to be the only person to wear this special limited edition dress at parties. This is a press sample so may be the only one ever produced.
