It reads "Texas Racing Full Throttle Fans".
It measures 3 1/4 inches wide and 2 1/8 inches tall. The back of the patch has a paper pull off with a sticky substance underneath the paper to hold the patch on. Its very old so it probably would have to be sewn on.
This is a beautifully embroidered, excellent quality patch. Great looking patch that you will be very pleased with!
