Comments: Note the circular indentations at each end on the bodies with a number 2 on one side and letter P inside on the other.

Test comments: Tests with current leakage at the rated DC voltage, however will show measured capacitance on an LRC meter. These are still suitable and should function as intended for any line level (very low voltage / current) application such as in an electric guitar.
