Our preferred payment is by PayPal. 

To pay by Credit Card you will need to contact us by telephone on - 01924 896 514 Monday to Friday between 8.00am & 3.00pm to make payment

Overseas customers can pay by Bank Transfer please contact us for details.

Payment is required on all orders within 4 days to prevent eBay dispute process.

Delivery - 

All Paid Orders are shipped next working day Monday to Friday. 

Returns -

Debra Charity offer a full no quibble refund on every item we sell, should you receive any item you are unhappy with please do not leave Negative Feedback but return back for a full refund using eBay's return process. 

Should you receive a damaged item please contact us first via eBay & we will advise how to proceed.
