Return policy:

Items are accepted for return within 14 days after buyer received items and must be returned in brand new/unopened condition. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost if the reason of returning is not our mistake. 

Damage Refunds:

In case items is damaged during transit, we are appreciate buyer to save all packaging (also send us pictures of damaged item including its packaging) , and email us as soon as possible so we can file an insurance claim with our carrier . Full (purchase price + shipping cost has paid by buyer before) will be refunded thru paypal.
