Payments
Payment is expected within 7 days, we are enrolled in eBay's Unpaid Item Assistant program which will automatically open and close a dispute if payment is not received.
If there is a problem please contact us and we can come to a mutually beneficial conclusion. Feedback is given after it is received, and if you do not feel as if you can give us 5 Stars on our DSR PLEASE contact us so that we can discuss the situation and improve our services.
Shipping
We try very hard to keep shipping costs as low as possible for international shipments. If you want to combine shipping please commit to buy all of the items that you want and allow me to manually calculate the price and I'll give you the best possible price. If you feel as if the shipping cost is too much please send us a message before paying and we will do our best to make the transaction as fair as possible. In order to save more on shipping we offer combined shipping discounts, IF AND ONLY IF they are combined and paid for together. To be sure of this please inform us that you will be purchasing more than one item.
Returns
If you would like to do an exchange, first make sure that the item is in the same condition that we sent it to you in (tags intact, unwashed, and not visibly worn). Please send the item back to the following address and tracking is strongly encouraged so that we both know when it arrives:

Once it arrives we will contact you and let you know and set up the exchange. We charge a nominal fee for return shipping unless you purchase another item of equal or greater value from our store, in which case we will waive the return shipping fee.
All returns for refunds are subject to 20% restocking fee and the customer will be liable for shipping. Please contact us before sending anything back in order to discuss the terms. If you have any questions please know that we are here to help you in any way that we can and that we will do whatever it takes to keep you happy.
Please Note: there are no returns on any intimate apparel (bras, panties, bathing suits)
