Lilly Pulitzer's "Foley Dress" in "Starfruit Yellow Battenburg Lace". Original retail $398. FOLEY received good reviews on the flagship Lilly Pulitzer website, read here. Most customers ranked Foley true-to-size, but many said it runs a bit large, so please check measurements given below.
