If you wish to return an item please advise us by email within 14 days of receipt.

Once your email is received we will respond asap (within 24 hours) giving you details on how to return the item.
In the case of damaged/faulty goods we will also refund return postage costs providing that the return has been authorised by us and item is returned by the method we advise.
Other returns will be refunded less postage costs provided they are returned in ORIGINAL, UNOPENED PACKAGING WITH ALL TAGS/LABELS STILL ATTACHED AND IN A SALEABLE CONDITION.
