Delivery

Delivery Information

We despatch all orders daily (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). Orders will be dispatched to registered Paypal addresses only.

Standard Delivery and Recorded Delivery orders are normally received within 2-5 working days.

If you have selected the 'Get it Fast' Special Delivery option you will receive your order next working day after dispatching.

International orders are normally received within 7-14 working days depending on the country being delivered to.

A signature will be required upon delivery for Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery and some International orders.

Lost/Missing items can only be claimed from the Royal Mail after 10 working days, which then we will take action accordingly. If you contact us before the 10 day period we may ask you to wait until then before we take action.

Some UK deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may incur an additional charge for delivery especially for large bulky items. We will notify you if this is the case.

For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us immediately through ebay messages. We will then issue you with a RMA number for reference and that should be quoted on all future correspondence.

If an incorrent item has been received, please notify us immediately through ebay messages. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and we will send the correct item and also refund the minimal postage charges that are required to return the parcel to us.

For all returns, you must first contact us via ebay messages to obtain a RMA number or for further instructions on how and where to return the item. NOTE: When a return has been authorised by us, please ensure you quote the RMA number as well as your telephone number and brief details of the fault to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible.
