  • Returns: Only accepted if you receive the item other than described in the listing and we are notified within 14 days of arrival. Only accepted if ALL original items and packaging are returned. We will e-mail a UPS return shipping tag for the return of the item. (Please provide e-mail address) Buyer is entitled to refund or replacement upon return of the item. If returned item is found to be in proper working order as listed, contrary to the buyer's description, return freight and re-stocking fees will be charged to the buyer.
  • Damaged Items: Please notify us of damaged items within 7 days of delivery. We will need your phone number along with descriptions and or photos of all damaged goods.
