This adult behind the ear hearing aid safety retainer comes in a plastic carry storage case with a key chain, The retainer has two ends (one for each ear) with a rubber loop which attaches around the aid. The plastic crocodile clip simply opens and locks shut onto your shirt / top at the back of the neck keeping the hearing aid attached to the cord in the event that the hearing aid falls off.
