Filter socks are the most convenient form of mechanical filtration. They remove excess food, detritus, organic waste, dust, and other particulate. Removing these particulate from the water column will reduce the amount of organic matter that produces ammonia and other undesirable substances in the aquarium. Filter socks also help prevent larger objects, such as sand, crabs, snails, etc. from damaging pump motors. Regular filter sock use will lower organic levels and result in CRYSTAL CLEAR WATER!

Shipping Policy:

  • We only ship out orders Monday - Friday (all orders placed after 3:00pm PST Friday - Sunday, will be shipped out the following Monday.)
  • Tracking Number will be provided to all US address.
  • Since we are located in remote rural area Express Service (next day) is not available.
  • Tracking is not available to USPS oversea shipments.  USPS will only give confirmation of shipment, not the tracking information once it leaves US.

Returns Policy:

  • You may return items within 14 business days of confirmed delivery. 
  • Shipping cost for returns is paid by the buyer.  
  • Items must be post marked no later than 14 business days of delivery date for a FULL REFUND of item.
  • Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
  • Please contact us ASAP to get return information and RMA number.  We will not accept returns without RMA number.

We are open Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, and closed on national holidays.  We will not be able to answer any questions during non working hours.
