Zone 2 & 3 Surcharges  

Zone 2 The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.  All items under the weight of 30kg and items upto 1.5 meters £16.00 include fuel surcharge and vat.

Zone 3 Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.All items under the weight of 30kg and items upto 1.5 meters £22.00 include fuel surcharge and vat. Northern Ireland £18.00

Guarantee

All parts come with a 30 day warranty from invoice date, any item purchased from us must be paid for in full before the item is released for delivery, and Cash on collection is welcome.

You must check your item on the time of delivery before signing for the goods. If you are unhappy for any reason you must refuse delivery and/or collection. Once the item is in your possession the transaction is then complete, we cannot claim for damage in transit and therefore cannot offer a refund on damaged goods from that point on.

Our guarantee covers parts only. We do not cover any labour charges for any faults being tampered with in any way (i.e seals broken, item being taken apart, ect).

If any unauthorized alterations are found to have been made to a part then any return may be refused.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Postage

Parcelforce is our choice of couriers, Items ordered Monday - Thursday before 2.30 pm will be sent on a next day service, orders taken on Fridays will be out for delivery on a Monday. All items are sent on a sign for basis.

If your not in to take the delivery the courier will try leaving with neighbours, last resort the item will be left at the local post office where you can go and collect. You will be left a card stating the relevant information.

We are not responsible if the item is returned to us, you will incur a postage cost and return courier cost fee for redirection. Additional postage will be requested if you require the item to be sent to you again.
