This is Cathy, a UFDC 2005 convention doll by doll artist Heidi Plusczok.  The doll is 9" tall, cloth and vinyl, no joints at the elbows or knees.  She is in her original outfit with the numbered hangtag, #49 of 160 made, and autographed on her bottom.  No box or paperwork.
