TERMS --
1.) CONDITION OF ITEMS: I am not a store; I simply buy and sell from my personal collection that has been stored in a smoke free home. I attempt to be as accurate as possible in my descriptions and make every effort to list any missing parts / damage. NOTE: Items are sold as is. I endeavor to check for completeness / condition of items, but even the manufacturer makes the occasional omission and may come with damage or missing items, all items are sold as is.
2.) RESPONSE: Please contact me within 3 days of auction end so I know your payment intentions. Arrangements can be made if you have problems, but communications are important. Failure to make contact within 14 calendar days of closing and the item will be relisted and appropriate feedback left.
3.) SHIPPING / POSTAGE: I securely pack items in a solid box for shipping, not just wrapped in paper. Postage based on actual USPS rate I NEVER ADD TO THAT CHARGE! If the actual shipping cost is less than you paid I will refund the over payment via Pay Pal. Buyer to pay shipping via USPS Priority Mail with shipping confirmation. USPS Insurance is required. Due to Pay Pal’s policies that afford no protection to sellers, all PayPal payments will have their packages shipped in STRICT accordance and adherence to Pay Pal’s Seller Protection Policy. All bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the PayPal Policy. Simply put, ALL packages require insurance or proof of delivery and receipt.
Multiple winning bids within a week can be combined to save shipping costs. I hold a real job and it may take a day to get to the post office due to my work schedule.
4.) SALES OUTSIDE OF THE US: International sales are most welcome, but keep in mind postage will be higher, and insurance is not always available. You do not have to contact me before bidding, but I recommend it so I can quote shipping costs, that way there will not be any surprises at the end of the auction.
5.) ACCEPABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT: I have been burned by other forms of payment so I only accept Pay Pal.
6.) FEEDBACK: Bidders with no or little feedback contact me BEFORE bidding or you will run the risk of having your bids cancelled*. For bidders with negative feedback, I do check out bidder feedback and will make a judgment call (I dislike those who leave retaliatory feedback and will cut slack to victims of said feedback). If you have excessive negative feedback, don't even waste your time or mine, I'll cancel your bid. I always post feedback, and trust you will too. If you feel something has been misrepresented, write to me first before posting bad feedback. I am not a store but I stand behind what I sell. I DO post negative feedback for non-paying bidders.
