Overseas buyers:

Payment must be in UK pounds. Paypal is the easiest means of making payments in foreign currency and it is very easy to set up (www.paypal.com). Please e-mail for postage costs ( USA : it makes no difference in which state you live in).

Postage:

All items are sent out with proof of posting. Standard mail is insured for up to £60 so if anything arrives damaged then please let me know.

I endeavour to sent out items within 24 hours of receiving payment, but as our local Post Office has been closed it sometimes may take a day or two to get to the Post Office. Items have to be sent via a Post Office to obtain a certificate of posting.

Feedback:

I always leave positive feedback for smooth transactions, but please be patient. It may take me a week or two. Please do not e-mail me asking me to leave feedback; I will get around to it.

There will never be a reason for you to leave me negative feedback. If there is a problem, then please communicate.

It is normal for me to respond to e-mails and sales within a few hours, but very occasionally I may be unable to do so for a day or two. Please be patient, I will respond as soon as I possibly can.
