Condition Assessment

The Note 4 has a new design with a soft-textured back cover and high-quality metal frame that blends seamlessly into the 5.7-inch display. Enhanced Multi Window lets you make the most of the large screen. Multitask easily, access apps with full, split or pop-up screens, and change their size and position with one swipe.
Reasonable conditionWe have assessed this item and in our view, it is in reasonable cosmetic condition for a used item. It has some fairly significant signs of use, cosmetic marks, scuffs and scratches. There are scratches on the screen and back. There are marks around the bezel. Please see the photos for further details.

Network

This phone is unlocked and able to work with all UK and European networks.

Warranty & Shipping

If a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 months, we will repair or replace your phone, free of charge. If we cannot do this, we will refund your purchase.

The warranty does not cover liquid or accidental damage. The battery is not covered under the warranty. It is a consumable part and may need replacing from time to time.

Payment types: We accept PayPal and require payment within 4 days of the auction ending. Unfortunately due to a high number of non-paying bidders, the automatic eBay unpaid item process will be instigated after 2 days and closed after a further 4 days. We no longer accept cheques, postal orders or bank transfers. Please note we accept payment in GBP£ only. We dispatch items as soon as funds have cleared our bank account - please see your eBay order for the estimated delivery date.

Collection in person: We are more than happy for you to collect the item in person. Please be aware of the £5 collection fee (see "Shipping and Collection" tab for more details) which may apply. Collection is required within 4 days of purchase, otherwise storage fees may apply at £10/day. We are open for collections Tuesday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm. Change of shipping address: Please note, once paid for, we are unable to change the shipping address and MUST ship to the PayPal confirmed address. We ship to confirmed PayPal addresses within the time scales specified on your eBay order - please note if we receive items back as "Undelivered" following attempts by our courier to deliver, we will have to invoice for postage in order to re-send the item.

Changes To Shipping Addresses: If you require your item shipping to a different address, please add the new address to your PayPal addresses in your account and select it as your shipping address prior to paying for your item as we cannot change destinations after you have paid for the item. We are unable to change the address from the PayPal confirmed address once payment is completed and the item is dispatched. If the item is dispatched by us to the address

Pick Up/Collections: Items can be picked up from XS Items Ltd, Centenary House, 7 Crown Gate, Wyncolls Road, Colchester, Essex, CO4 9HZ. We are open for collections Tuesday to Friday; 9.30am to 4.30pm. As we are an internet based delivery company we charge £5.00 per pick up to cover overhead costs relating to offering a collection service. Items that are picked up cannot be returned - please inspect them, to ensure they meet their description, before taking away. Collection is required within 4 working days of purchase otherwise storage fees may apply at £10/day. Collections need to be made in person, we do not accept collections from couriers or third parties. Please be aware, no protective packaging is provided for collections, if you require packaging please provide your own. Please note our payment types accepted for collections are cash or card.

Combined Shipping: We offer combined shipping for any items purchased and paid for simultaneously within a 6 day window. This is created automatically using the eBay shipping calculator, meaning when you proceed to your checkout to pay for your items from ourselves, the combined shipping discount will be applied to all your items. Items will need to be paid for simultaneously within a 6 day window of the first purchase or you may be charged individually for each item (Please note it may not be possible to combine some larger/bulkier items). If you have made payment for multiple items, we do ship from different warehouse locations. This may mean that your items will arrive in more than one package and may be sent by different carrier resulting in delivery at different times/days.

Shipping Lead Times: We aim to ship items within 2 working days of payment clearing (Pallet dispatch is 3 working days from payment). This is the shipping date, not the delivered date. If you have not received them within 5 days of payment clearing please contact us at eBay@xsitems.com and we will deal with it.

Signing items: To avoid any potential issues please sign for the item as "damaged". If there is any damage, we do require that you let us know within 24 hours of receipt. With Pallet Deliveries only: there is a 20 minute "inspection" period where you are able to check the item with the driver present for damage.

Shipping Charges: These include shipping costs, cost of packing materials, wages for packing staff, insurance and the current rate of VAT and are clearly listed with the item. We do offer combined shipping, please request it before paying for your order. Courier UK shipping costs quoted are to the UK mainland only. A courier surcharge of £5/box will apply for Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Northern Scotland and Scottish Highlands & Islands. Royal Mail charges are for across the UK.
