Unless we state otherwise all items are subject to the following general terms and conditions.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your item returns and or exchanges will be gladly accepted with in 14 days of item being delivered. Please e-mail us via ebay messaging system to iniciate a return/exchange. Buyer will be completely responsible for any and all return shipping cost. The item must be returned to us in exactly the same condition it was in when we delivered it to you, including all original tags. When we receive the item back, we will refund your winning bid amount, less any sales tax, shipping, and delivery charges. A request to cancel the transaction will also be sent before the refund is complete. Please allow 7-10 days for processing of return. If any item is returned to us in a condition different from the condition it was in when we delivered it, or if we believe in good faith that the item returned is not the same as the item we shipped to you, we will notify you and return the item to you without a refund. Due to health hygiene reasons bikinis and swimwear are a final sale.
Payment
Paypal and all major credit cards accepted. Please kindly Pay within 4 days of auction end. If you need more time contact me to make arrangements. Non-paying buyers will be reported and the item will be re-listed.
Sales Tax
State and local sale taxes will be added to your winning bid if you live in California. Note to Overseas (Non-U.S.) Buyers. All overseas packages will be marked as a gift.
Shipping and Handling Charges
The winning bidder, if located in the United States, will pay a “shipping and handling” charge, which includes delivery confirmation, protective packaging, and loving handling. This fee is based on our actual costs of shipping and handling, and complies with all ebay polices regarding such fees. The winning bidder, if located outside of the United States, will pay the actual shipping charges we incur, which must be paid in full before we ship.
Risk of Loss
WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, THEFT, OR DAMGE TO ANY ITEM AFTER WE DELIVER IT TO THE POST OFFICE.
