This is a very nice bakelite carving of Kwan-yin

circa 1940's

She is 11" tall

She is holding lotus flowers and is standing on a dragon.

Nice red color with gold color accents to show off the carving which is very nice and detailed.

Nice example of this style.

She does stand by herself but is a bit wobbly and should probably have a stand for display.
