1.When can I expect to receive my Custom Made dress?

For custom made dress, usually it will need about 3-4 weeks to finish after your payment is cleared. You will receive custom dress about 5-6 weeks.
So if you need your dress urgently, please feel free to contact me. Fast Order and Fast Shipment can be prepared according to your situation!

2. Can I make some changes to this dress?
Yes, we can. We will try our best to custom made the dress each specification/detail according to your request. Please feel free to contact us to discuss about it!

3.Can you make the dress according to my own design?
Yes, we can. You can provide us your own design and tell us how you want your dream dress to be. We will make it come true. We have experienced designer and professional seamstress in our factory. We can also make a dress from your provided picture. So please feel free to contact us to tell us your request!

Shipping 1.We ship items to worldwide 2.We ship items by EMS, TNT, FeDex, DHL and UPS to Worldwide (5-12 days)!If you need the item very urgent, please choose the expedite shipping way.3.Some things to keep in mind:We can not ship orders to alternate addresses.We may only ship items to the primary address on file for your Paypal account for Buyer-Seller Paypal Protection.

Returns/Exchange PolicyWe hope you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us for a quick and satisfaction solution.
1.Return/exchange is available if dresses are damaged, incorrect or have imperfection. All purchases must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of time and in brand-new condition as you received them.
2.Before you mail your item back to us, please contact us for return address and enclosed with your returned item -- item number, account ID and reason for return/exchange.
3.Buyer needs to take care return postage and let me know when you return.
4.Dresses which have been worn, altered (must be no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations) or customized dresses can not be returned or exchanged.
5.If it is not my fault, you just don't want it. All returned gowns will have a 30% restocking fees applied from the full purchase price of the gown. And refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 20% restocking fees.
