IMPORTANT!
The finalized Hot Toys 1989 Batmobile box is too bulky, with a dimension of 123cm+ x 67.5cm+ x 41cm+ and this dimension is over size limit to be imported to almost all countries in this world. We will take out the content from the brnad new batmobile boxset and repack very securely to meet size limit standard and for smooth delivery!

Reasons of shipping without original box:
1. Size limitation of being imported to all countries in this World

2. I can open the box and check the car for you before shipment. This make sure the car has no problems before shipment

3. Budget-wise! this can save lots of money from expensive postage fees while getting the same toy!

P.S. I can also arrange to ship the original paper box (will be folded) separately upon request. Kindly discuss with me ^^

A few countries has even more strict size limitation and still can't pass the size limitation of Air Parcel service after re-pack. Please contact us first to learn more about shipment arrangement before you purchase this car!

PACKING ARRANGEMENT
Many US / EU customers received their batmobiles boxset from Sideshow with many scars / marks on the car because the original packing has big problem fault and the shell is rubbing the car during delivery and created the marks / scars and the car was ruined. I will add extra thick bubble paper to protect the whole car and 4 tires before putting in the shell to remove any contact / rubbing between the shell and the car! (Please contact me for detailed information on how I repack the whole bosset ^^)

Delivery

We offer three different shipment services as below:

2. HONG KONG POST EMS SpeedPost. (3~7 days)
3. World Class Carrier - Fedex / DHL / UPS / TNT / Others. (2~4 dayS)

We don't ship to APO/FPO, Nigeria, Ukraine, Russia, East Europe, Africa and some other countries. Please check with us.

Sorry we don't combine shipping, handling and insurance fees with mutilple purchases unless stated.

 
Returns Policy

Shop with us and you are well protected by our 7 DAYS ITEM RETURNS GUARANTEE policy!

We kindly accept return for defective item in which damage is caused by delivery.

Defective item must be noticed within 2 days after reception. No return will be accepted two days after receiption of item.

Buyer needs to help to file the item damage report from the courier company and assist in getting the compensation from the courier company when item returns apply.

Buyer needs to return the item to us in original packing. We won't accept returns with missing accessories.

We don't offer refund once item is shipped. However, we do accept re-shipping the same item to buyer when item returns apply.
