REFUNDS AND RETURNS.
We are happy to exchange or refund any item which is damaged or faulty. Items must be returned in unused condition before a refund is processed. We cannot refund on items that have been engraved incorrectly if the error is not on our part. Refunds will only be processed within 30 days upon reciept. Recorded delivery is recommended as we cannot accept liablity for any items being lost. Please include your full name and address and ebay ID.
