4.5cm across painted metal badge saying XXVI II Etap Mkwdd Wtoctawek which I think means it is from the 2nd Stage of the Tour D'Pologne cycle race. Lapel style fixing pin to the reverse.

The original owner was Polish cyclist Jan Magiera who competed at the 1964 and 1968 Olympic Games and who was Polish Champion in the Individual Time Trial, this was among a collection of badges and medals amassed by him sold at a major London sporting memorabilia auction and upon request I will supply copies of my auctional paperwork etc to act as provenance.

There is a little surface wear to the blue at the top centre but otherwise very good condition. ( REF JM9 )
