It is Vintage, pre-owned in Excellent Near Mint condition. No scratches or damage to the pen. I received this as a gift and never used it and has always stored in its original box. Twist mechanism works perfectly. The pen writes very smoothly with black ink. This comes with 2 Cross Ball Point Blue Medium Point refills #8511. Marked as ‘Cross USA’. See photos.
