All pendants come with 20" necklace.  If you want a different length let me know.

The 'new' filled jewelry are the same high quality as before as they are created by the same wonderful artists that I have been working with all along. We use only the best quality metals and gemstones to create jewelry that you can wear with pride. I guarantee that you won't be able to tell the difference between the filled and the solid, it's that good!

Filled Jewelry:  Filled jewelry is a solid layer of high quality (silver or gold) metal that is heat bonded to an internal jeweler's metal. It has all the great characteristics of solid jewelry. It is extremely long lasting and if taken care of will last a lifetime. Do not compare filled jewelry to plated jewelry as there is no comparison!

STERLING 925 SF (SILVER FILLED) means the item is solid sterling silver with a core of base jewelers metal. 

SILVER FILLED means the item is solid silver with a core of base jewelers metal.

It must be at least 20% outer surface silver to qualify as filled. 

That's more than 30% of the total silver.

STERLING 925 SP (SILVER PLATED) means the item is jewelers metal with a sterling silver overlay.

SILVER PLATED means the item is jewelers metal with a silver overlay.  

It must be at least 5% outer surface silver to qualify as plated.

That's more than 12% of the total silver.

Rhodium Plated:  Rhodium plating protects the silver and gives the jewelry a nice finish.  Rhodium is one of the  metals in the white gold and platinum family. 

Created Gemstones: Our created gemstones are high quality and are not easily distinguished from natural gemstones. The lab opals are identical to natural in both hardness and composition and are genuine gemstones in their own right. Actually, I've been told by some of my buyers that the lab grown opals are actually harder and more resistant to damage than the natural ones!

Proper Care: Both fine and fashion jewelry require basic care. Avoid cleaning chemicals, bathing, and sweating. This is very important with rhodium plating as tarnish, corrosion, and discoloration can occur once the rhodium surface is broken. Take your jewelry off before bathing, cleaning, exercising, or doing heavy work of any kind.  This will keep your items as good as new!

Payment:  Payment is expected within three days of purchase.

Returns:  I accept returns for any reason no questions asked. Full refund of item price if returned in original condition.  Buyer pays shipping.

Refunds:  Full refunds that include shipping are given only if the item is significantly different that the photos or description.  Please make sure you have read all of the description and examined the photos before purchase. 

Shipping costs:  Cost of shipping is based on the actual cost of packaging and shipping the item.  I do not make money on shipping.  I simply cover my costs.
