Mega Mobile is proud to have UPS & Fedex as our shipping partners. We offer a number of different options for each shipment, for international shipments we will choose the fastest delivery time based on past shipments to each area.
To ensure fastest delivery please note the following guidelines:
1. All orders require a valid phone number, please be sure to include this with your order so that there is no delay in shipment.
2. All international buyers with less than 5 feedback please contact us prior to purchase.
3. Make sure you enter the proper address at checkout, we are unable to accept any change of address requests after payment is completed.
4. If there are any special requests for shipping, make sure to include a note at checkout or message us prior to purchase
5. Due to insurance reasons we are unable to declare a lower value for international shipments.
6. All import taxes and fees are paid by recipient. It is each buyer's responsibility to check these costs prior to payment. There will be no shipping charge refund if the package is returned because it is refused. Additionally, any fees charged to Mega Mobile for return shipment will not be returned to the buyer.
7. All shipments must have a verified & confirmed address, we will not ship any item purchased if your address is not confirmed.
For domestic shipments:
Ground shipping: 1-5 business days
3 Day select: 1-3 Business days
2nd Day Air: 1-2 Business days
Standard Overnight: 1 Business day
*Puerto Rico & Hawaii we ship via USPS Priority Mail, please select "Ground" for shipment, it is the fastest delivery to these areas*

Return Policy
1. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receipt, all items must be returned in the condition they were received in.
2. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from original payment upon receipt.
3. Refunds for opened items will be accessed according to condition of the device, which will be discussed with each customer prior to refunding.
4 No damaged items will be accepted for returns at any time.
5. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
6. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
7. Items must be returned in their entirety, incomplete returns (missing parts or accessories), will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. |
